Recovering your accounts is needed only when you lose access to your passkeys. To recovery your accounts you will need to submit a transaction from the Recovery addresses specified during setup. You can find these addresses by going to Settings > Recovery.

However, before doing that we suggest you review your passkeys and those associated with your team members to ensure they are still correct. To view your passkeys, go to Settings > Passkeys. You can click the ellipses button and then Verify access to make sure you still have access to that passkey. See Why isn’t my passkey opening? for help with debugging passkey issues.

To view your team members’ passkeys, go to the Settings > Members and hover over the key icon for each team member—you will see their available passkeys listed.

Once you and your team members have verified you have the passkeys you want, go back to Settings > Recovery and select on the account with the star (★) next to it’s name (look in the left nav bar). For most people, this will be called Treasury, since it’s named this during setup, but you may have renamed it. The star indicates it is the owner of all sub-accounts.

Select Recover account and follow the instructions from there. You will be asked to designate new signers on this account and specify the threshold (i.e. the number of signers needed to approve each transaction).
