You can create and be part of as many Teams as you wish. Creating a new Team takes under a minute, and with the exception of the Recovery step, everything about your team (name, icon, owners, etc) can be changed after setup.

Create a demo team in about 30 seconds by skipping the Owners and Treasury step (use the pre-filled default options), and on the Recovery step select 1 signer and then paste in any address or ENS (e.g. example.eth). Once you’re ready to set up your team with the right Recovery configuration, you can easily create a new team.

Since you must be part of a Team to use the product, if you just registered you will be guided through creating a Team.

If you’re already part of an existing Team, you can create a new one by clicking your Team’s name in the top left and selecting Create a team.

This will prompt you to enter a Team name, and then bring you through the new team creation flow.
